Running the Program - File Separation
When the File Separation method is used, the user will be able to extract pages and page ranges to create up to 10 new files.
To extract a page just enter the Page Number.
To extract more than one page enter the pages separated by a space, they will be extracted and assembled in the order entered
To extract a range enter the first page a dash and the last page (if entered a range it will be assembled in the order entered, so if it was entered as "9-5" the output file would be page 9, 8, 7, 6, and the last page would be 5
To go to the end of the file type either the last page or "end"
Examples:
The settings shown entered will create four new files
1 - This will create a new file containing the first page only
2 - This will be a file with 2 pages, page 4 will be first followed by page 2
3 - This will create a file containing 5 pages, page 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8
4 - This creates a file starting at page 9 and goes to the end of the file, which in this case is page 10 so this will be a two page file.
