Laying out the Job
Before setting up the program decide upon the document flow. If all the documents are the same type only one job will need to be created. If the documents are of the same catagory one job will need to be created for each document type. If numerous catagorys of documents are going to be processed a job will need to be created that will put them in the correct catagory.
