Checking the Output

To check the output browse the output folder in explorer. 







The output will vary depending upon the output settings shown here is a folder structure where a customer number was captured and used to create a folder and the files inside the folder contain a job number.

The output in this case also had a CSV file that shows all the results. 



The CSV file should always be used in when setting up File by OCR as the user can easily find files that failed, reload them and check to see how parsing can be changed to correct the error if it was in parsing as opposed to OCR.
